Dr. Jose Antonio earned his PhD at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in the field of skeletal muscle plasticity. He completed a post-doc at UTSWMC in Metabolism and Endocrinology. He is the CEO of the International Society of Sports Nutrition as well as the co-founder of the Society for NeuroSports. He is currently a Professor at Nova Southeastern University.
